For OEM/ODM products, the MOQ is 3,000-5,000 pcs per SKU, depending on product type — creams/lotions start at ~3,000 bottles, sheet masks at ~5,000 sachets, and tubes at ~5,000 units. Small trial runs (e.g., initial 1,000 pcs) may also be negotiated on a project basis.
Formula sampling typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on complexity — existing formula library sampling takes ~7 days, while new custom formula development takes ~15 days. Sampling fees vary by project and are typically refundable against the production order.
Absolutely. Clients are welcome to visit our Long An, Vietnam facility — you can tour our CGMP-standard cleanrooms, 13 filling lines, QC lab, and warehousing systems. Please schedule 3-5 business days in advance; we can assist with Vietnam visa invitation letters.
The standard production cycle is 30-45 days (including packaging procurement): packaging procurement 15-20 days + raw material preparation 5-7 days + filling production 7-10 days + QC testing & sample retention 3-5 days. Rush orders can be completed in 20-25 days (subject to production capacity scheduling).
We can assist with Vietnam-side export documentation: Certificate of Origin (C/O), Free Sale Certificate, and FDA registration support (we hold FDA Registration FEI: 3030839348). Import-side registration and product filing for your target market must be completed locally by you; we can provide technical documentation support.
Yes. We offer FOB/CIF full-process export services: Vietnam export customs clearance, freight booking (sea/air), Certificate of Origin, and pre-shipment inspection — all handled in one stop. Our partnered customs brokers and freight forwarders at Ho Chi Minh City ports have extensive experience, ensuring smooth cosmetics export clearance.
Both options are available. The recommended approach is for you to provide packaging design files (CDR/AI format), and we procure through Vietnam local packaging suppliers — this is more cost-effective (1,000+ stock bottle options). You may also ship packaging from your own suppliers to our warehouse, subject to compatibility and seal integrity incoming QC testing.
Yes. We sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and formula confidentiality clause with every client. Formula information is restricted to core technical personnel only. We will never use a client's formulas, packaging designs, or brand concepts for other clients or our own brands.
Standard payment terms: 30-50% deposit upon contract signing to initiate the project, with the balance paid before shipment. Long-term cooperation clients may apply for O/A 30 days or T/T installments. We accept USD telegraphic transfer (T/T); Letters of Credit (L/C) are not supported.
We provide third-party testing reports (microbial/heavy metal/stability) and retained samples for every batch. If quality issues are confirmed to be caused by our production, we will redo the production free of charge or negotiate compensation. For non-production issues (e.g., packaging compatibility, shipping damage), we will assist in investigation and resolution. Every batch follows our CGMP quality traceability system.

We offer three cooperation models: ODM (client formula manufacturing), OEM (our formula under your brand), and OBM (full brand incubation).
Roll-ons and sprays: 5,000-10,000 units. Bottled liquids and creams: as low as 500-1,000 units. We understand the needs of startups and small brands, and we're flexible on MOQ depending on product type and specifications. Share your expected volume and we'll work out the optimal arrangement.

Our formula library contains 200+ proven formulations covering skincare, body care, hair care, personal cleansing, and home care. We also support client-provided formulas, manufactured to CGMP standards.
Raw materials are primarily sourced from Japan, South Korea, and Switzerland, ensuring EU-level safety standards. We operate a 500m² pharmaceutical-grade cold storage and a 700m² climate-controlled warehouse (zoned for basic and flammable chemicals). All incoming materials undergo rigorous quality inspection.
Sampling takes 7-14 business days, free of charge (special raw materials may require upfront cost). Mass production typically ships within 30-45 days after formula and packaging confirmation. With daily mixing capacity of 39 tons, 28 tons/day RO water output, and 13 parallel filling lines, we ensure reliable delivery timelines.

Formula confidentiality is our core commitment. All client formulas are archived and encrypted separately, with zoned production floor access. We sign an NDA before cooperation begins, and under ODM arrangements, your exclusive formula is never used for other clients. Our confidentiality protocols have been tested by international clients including UK brands.

Yes. Under OBM mode, we provide full-service support: cosmetic declaration registration, advertising license application, barcode application, trademark registration, and product filing. We are highly experienced with Vietnam and ASEAN market filing procedures, and can connect you with third-party agencies for China market filing.
Standard terms: 30% deposit upon contract signing, 70% balance before shipment. More flexible payment cycles can be negotiated for long-term partners. We accept T/T wire transfer. Specific terms are subject to contract agreement.
We implement three-tier quality control: (1) Incoming raw material full inspection — rejects any non-conforming materials; (2) In-process production following CGMP standards, with retained samples for each batch; (3) Finished product testing for microbiology, heavy metals, stability, and more before release. Our facility includes an independent QC laboratory with professional testing equipment. We hold ISO 9001 certification.
We have served brands from the UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia, including international brand antiperspirant roll-on OEM projects. Specific brand names cannot be disclosed due to client NDAs. Upon signing an NDA, we can share project references and product samples. Factory visits are welcome. We are located at Lot 48, Street No. 11, Tan Duc Industrial Park, Huu Thanh Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, Vietnam — approximately 1.5 hours by car from Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. A typical visit covers: production workshops, QC laboratory, raw material warehouse, finished goods warehouse, and original certification review. Please schedule 1-2 weeks in advance — we will arrange a Chinese translator for the entire visit.
Requirements vary by market: (1) US — FDA registration required (we have it); (2) EU — EC 1223/2009 compliance and CPNP notification (we can assist); (3) ASEAN — CGMP-ASEAN certification required (we have it); (4) China — NMPA filing required (we can connect you with third-party testing and filing agencies). We recommend identifying your target market's regulatory requirements at project initiation, and we will advance certification work in parallel during the sampling phase.
