Huajianji is a mid-to-high-end domestic skincare brand founded by a former product director with 8 years of experience at a leading cosmetics group. The founder arrived with a portfolio of market-validated anti-aging formulas but struggled to find the right manufacturing partner — domestic factories demanded MOQs of 20,000+ units, while Korean factories quoted 3x the target budget.

In March 2025, the brand discovered Tami Natural Home through an industry referral. Our R&D team first conducted a formula process review of the three anti-aging serums — identifying that one emulsion system showed insufficient thermal stability. By introducing a Japanese liquid-crystal emulsifier, we raised heat stability from 45°C/7 days to 45°C/28 days without altering the sensory profile.

Under the OEM model, the brand retained full formula IP ownership. Tami Natural Home executed production strictly to the brand's specifications — including raw material procurement, weighing, emulsification, filling, and packaging. From initial formula review to first delivery, the entire process took just 3 months. The first batch of 50,000 units arrived in time for the Singles' Day sales peak. To date, the brand has placed 7 repeat orders, maintains a stable 50,000 units/month output, and is developing sunscreen and sheet mask lines.

EcoBath is a natural personal care brand selling primarily on Amazon US and Shopee Southeast Asia. The founding team came from an e-commerce operations background — no product development experience, but crystal-clear on what their target consumers wanted: amino acid surfactants, sulfate-free, natural plant fragrances, and eco-friendly packaging.

In June 2025, the brand came to Tami Natural Home with just a slide deck — competitor analysis, target price points, and brand tone-of-voice. We launched full-service ODM: first matched 3 market-validated amino acid shampoo formulas from our library, using Ajinomoto amino acid surfactant systems (far gentler than traditional SLES); then layered lavender, tea tree, and citrus natural essential oil fragrances aligned with the brand's positioning; and recommended sugarcane-based bio-PE bottle solutions balancing sustainability and cost.

From requirements submission to first sample shipment: 12 working days. The brand conducted a small-batch trial in Southeast Asia — all 3 SKUs entered Shopee's new product rankings (top 20 in category) within the first month. Luna Glow is an independent clean beauty brand from Melbourne, Australia. Its core philosophy is "Clean Beauty" — every product must be VEGAN, cruelty-free, and fully traceable in its ingredient list. The brand had a loyal niche following in Australia, but local contract manufacturing quotes of AUD 8-12 per lipstick (approximately US$5-8) severely compressed margins.

In September 2025, the brand reached out to Tami Natural Home via LinkedIn. The core challenge was clear: could we deliver clean-standard makeup products at a cost that made the business work? The answer was yes — our factory holds both VEGAN and NATURAL certifications, and the dedicated makeup production workshop is CGMP-standard with climate-controlled environments, the most critical infrastructure for color cosmetics manufacturing.

Under the ODM model, Tami Natural Home custom-developed 4 lipstick shades (Dusty Nude, Rosewood Brown, Coral Orange, Berry Red) and 2 blush shades. Formulas used natural plant waxes, shea butter, and vitamin E — avoiding mineral oils, synthetic fragrances, and parabens. Color matching went through 3 sampling rounds to achieve the brand's desired "premium velvet matte" finish. The first batch of 8,000 units shipped in January 2026, launched successfully after Australian TGA registration, with retail pricing of AUD 22-28 and gross margins exceeding 60%. The brand has confirmed a repeat order and initiated discussions for pressed powder and eyeshadow palette development.
